Cars 3 follows the story of what appears to be the final days of Lightning McQueen’s career. Continuosly beaten by high-tech racer Jackson Storm, many feel McQueen is on the brink of retiring, especially after a near-fatal crash.

It’s now up to McQueen’s friends to help get him back on track (pun intended) to take back his title.
