Glenn Archer Kangaroos Shinboner of the Century Featuring swatch of his match worn guernsey from his 300th game
Glenn Archer is a small nugget of a man who became a legend at the North Melbourne for his tough style of play. He was the embodiment of the club’s shinboner spirit at a time when the club dominated the competition. In fact he was named ‘shinboner of the century’. In 1999 North Melbourne pulled the Carlton team apart in the Grand Final after Carlton won its famous one point victory over arch-rivals Essendon in the preliminary final
